The 2024–25 Detroit Mercy Titans women's basketball team represents the University of Detroit Mercy during the 2024–25 NCAA Division I women's basketball season.

The Titans, led by third-year head coach Kate Achter, play their home games at Calihan Hall in Detroit, Michigan as members of the Horizon League.

The Titans finished the 2023–24 season 17–16, 9–11 in Horizon League play, to finish in tie for sixth place.
