The 2024–25 Purdue Fort Wayne Mastodons women's basketball team represents Purdue University Fort Wayne during the 2024–25 NCAA Division I women's basketball season.

The Mastodons, led by fourth-year head coach Maria Marchesano, play their home games at the Gates Sports Center in Fort Wayne, Indiana, with two games at the Memorial Coliseum, as members of the Horizon League.
