The 2024–25 Duquesne Dukes women's basketball team represents Duquesne University during the 2024–25 NCAA Division I women's basketball season.

The Dukes, led by 12th-year head coach Dan Burt, play their home games at the UPMC Cooper Fieldhouse in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, as members of the Atlantic 10 Conference.
