The 2023–24 Duquesne Dukes women's basketball team represented Duquesne University during the 2023–24 NCAA Division I women's basketball season.

The Dukes, led by eleventh-year head coach Dan Burt, played their home games at the UPMC Cooper Fieldhouse in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania as a member of the Atlantic 10 Conference (A-10).

The Dukes finished the 2022–23 season 19–12, 8–8 in A-10 play, to finish in a tie for ninth place.
