The 2024–25 Missouri Tigers women's basketball team represents the University of Missouri during the 2024–25 NCAA Division I women's basketball season.

The Tigers, led by fifteenth-year head coach Robin Pingeton, play their home games at Mizzou Arena and compete as members of the Southeastern Conference (SEC).

The Tigers finished the season 11–19 (2–14 SEC) to finish in last place in the SEC.
