The 2024–25 Pepperdine Waves women's basketball team represented Pepperdine University in the 2024–25 NCAA Division I women's basketball season.

The Waves, led by first year head coach Katie Faulkner, play their homes games at Firestone Fieldhouse and are members of the West Coast Conference.

The Waves finished the 2023–24 season 5–25, 1–15 in WCC play to finish in last place.

9 seed in the WCC tournament, they lost in the second first to BYU.

There were no recruiting classing class of 2024.
