Melbourne Phoenix season is the 6th season of the franchise in the National Basketball League (NBL), and their first under the leadership of interim head coach Sam Mackinnon.

[1] On 13 October 2024, Mike Kelly was released as Phoenix' head coach after the team started the season with a 0–5 record and was replaced by Sam Mackinnon on an interim basis.

[2] On 22 October 2024, Josh King was appointed as Phoenix' head coach for two seasons.
