The 2024 Colorado State Rams football team represented Colorado State University as a member of the Mountain West Conference (MW) during the 2024 NCAA Division I FBS football season.

They were led by third-year head coach Jay Norvell, the Rams played their home games at Canvas Stadium located in Fort Collins, Colorado.

After a victory over Nevada on November 2, the Rams became bowl eligible for the first time since 2017.
