[1] The defending champions Atlético Nacional won their seventh Copa Colombia title, defeating América de Cali in the finals.
[2] By winning the competition, Atlético Nacional were entitled to qualify for the 2025 Copa Sudamericana,[3] however, since they won the 2024 Finalización tournament a few days later, their berth was redistributed through the league's aggregate table.
The round of 16 was played with the four winners from the previous stage and the remaining 12 Primera A teams which entered the competition at that point.
In case of a draw on aggregate score at the end of the second leg, extra time will not be played and the winner will be decided in a penalty shoot-out.
The second leg match was abandoned at the 84th minute of play due to incidents by América de Cali fans.
