The 2024 Delaware Fightin' Blue Hens football team represented the University of Delaware as a member of the Coastal Athletic Association Football Conference (CAA) during the 2024 NCAA Division I FCS football season.

They were led by third-year head coach Ryan Carty and played their home games at Delaware Stadium in Newark, Delaware.

This was Delaware's final season in the CAA, as they moved into Conference USA and the Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) prior to the 2025 season.

As such, they were not eligible to participate in the 2024 FCS playoffs.
