2024 Gramado Piper PA-42 crash

On 22 December 2024, a Piper PA-42 Cheyenne crashed in the tourist city of Gramado, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, resulting in at least 10 fatalities and 17 injuries.

The accident sparked fires that contributed to many of the reported injuries including two critically injured women, primarily from smoke inhalation.
