Early local elections were held in Montenegro on 26 May in Budva,[1] and on 2 June in Andrijevica.
[2] Local elections were also held in Gusinje on 15 September, as well as in Kotor and the capital Podgorica on 29 September.
[3] The winning lists in the elections for Budva were unable to agree on a post-election coalition, and new elections have been scheduled for November 17.
