The 2024 South Dakota State Jackrabbits football team represented South Dakota State University during the 2024 NCAA Division I FCS football season, as a member of the Missouri Valley Football Conference.

They were led by second-year head coach Jimmy Rogers and played their home games at Dana J. Dykhouse Stadium in Brookings, South Dakota.

The MVFC released it preseason prediction poll on July 22, 2024.

The Jackrabbits were predicted to win the conference.
