The competition format continues on from the previous season, with the fixture list being the only change.

The fourteen games include eleven regular round-robin matches against the other participating teams and three additional "rivalry" games, in which they play another team for the second time in a home-and-away format.

Each team will also have one bye week, making a total of fifteen rounds.
