General Manager Clare Duwelius left to become the Executive Vice President and General Manager, for the new women's 3x3 basketball league Unrivaled.

[4] Assistant Coach Katie Smith left to take an assistant position at her alma mater Ohio State, which allowed the Lynx to hire Eric Thibault and Lindsay Whalen to their staff.
