Elections are scheduled to be held in the United States, in large part, on November 4, 2025.

The off-year election includes gubernatorial and state legislative elections in a few states, as well as numerous mayoral races and a variety of other local offices on the ballot.

Special elections to the United States Congress will take place if vacancies arise.

Three special elections are expected to be held in 2025 to fill vacancies during the 119th U.S. Congress.

Two states will hold gubernatorial elections in 2025: Two states will hold lieutenant gubernatorial elections in 2025: One state will hold an attorney general election in 2025: Three states will hold supreme court elections in 2025: One state will hold a superintendent election in 2025: Legislative elections will be held for the lower house of the New Jersey Legislature and the lower house of the Virginia General Assembly.
