218 Medium Regiment is part of the Regiment of Artillery of the Indian Army.

The regiment was raised on 1 October 1967 at Dhrangadhra with Rajput troops.

The regiment has taken part in the following operations[1] - The battle cry of the regiment is वीर राजपूत सर्वत्र विजय (Veer Rajput Sarvatra Vijay) which translates to Brave Rajput, always victorious.
