The 666 Disorder Openweight Championship (Japanese: 666認定無秩序無差別級王座, Hepburn: Toripuru Shikkusu-nintei Muchitsujo Musabetsu-kyū Ōza) is a professional wrestling championship and the top singles accomplishment in the Japanese promotion Wrestling of Darkness 666 (Triple Six), established in 2018.

On December 23, 2018, Yuko Miyamoto defeated Onryo in the final of a 16-person tournament to win the inaugural title.

[2] In October 2023, Koju Takeda vacated the title after suffering an injury and having been diagnosed with a cervical hernia.
