Augustus Benedict Maguire (1847 – January 7, 1924) was an American merchant and politician who served in the California State Assembly from 1880 to 1881, the San Francisco Board of Supervisors from January 1900 to June 1900, and the San Francisco Board of Public Works from 1900 to 1902.
