The ADESS AD25 is an upcoming Le Mans Prototype LMP3 race car designed, developed and built by Portuguese manufacturer ADESS to ACO 2025 3rd Generation Le Mans Prototype LMP3 regulations.
[2] On July 7, 2024, the Automobile Club de I'Ouest formally announced that 2025 would be the first year of the third generation Le Mans Prototype 3 (LMP3) cars using the previously announced, Oreca built, Toyota V35A V6 twin-turbocharged engines.
[2] Upgrades to the car include a completely new cooling system, engine cover and new rear bodywork kit as a result of the new engine.
[6] Testing started in July 2024, at Estoril with TCR driver Quique Bordas [es], and continued at Barcelona and Portimão.
Stéphane Chosse, the CEO of ADESS, reported that aero stability had improved throughout over 3,000 km (1,900 mi) of testing before homologation.
