ALIBI Music, founded in 2011 by Jonathan Parks, is a production music company that provides royalty-free music and sound effects for license in film, television, advertising, trailers, promos, video games and other forms of multimedia content.
[1] ALIBI works with a roster of more than 350 composers and artists in 21 different countries, with all of the music and sound effects created for exclusive use in its library.
[2] In addition to licensing individual music tracks, ALIBI's library includes stems (individual audio tracks that make up a full song, usually divided into specific instruments like drums, bass, guitar, vocals, etc.)
[3] In March 2021, ALIBI Music launched its first extension panel for Adobe Premiere Pro, a tool that allows users to search, access and license its music and sound effects without leaving their edit sessions.
[4] The company has since then published an update of its extension with four enhancements: adding album search, curated playlist access, direct downloads to a project's media bin as well as faster speed to maximize searching.
