He completed his primary and secondary education in Ode Irele.
He then attended the University of Ilorin, where he obtained a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration.
He furthered his education at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, earning a Master's degree in Public Administration from 1995 to 1997.
[1][2] From 2007 to 2011, Sheba studied at Adekunle Ajasin University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with Second Class, Upper Division.
Sheba served as a member of the House of Representatives, National Assembly from 1999 to 2003.
