Abderrahmane Morceli (Arabic: عبد الرحمان مرسلي; born 1 January 1957) is a retired Algerian middle-distance runner who specialized in the 1500 metres.
[5] He competed at the 1980 and 1984 Summer Olympics without reaching the final,[1] and also at the 1983 World Championships.
[citation needed] His personal best time in the 1500 metres was 3:39.77 minutes, achieved in August 1977 in Tunis.
