Abdirashid Yusuf Jibril (Turkish: Abdiraşid Yusuf Cibril) (Arabic: عبد الرشيد يوسف جبريل), (Somali: Cabdirashid Yuusuf Jibriil) is a Somali politician and who served as the 9th speaker of Puntland of Representatives from 2019 to 2023.

[1][2][3] Jibril was born in the capital city of Togdheer, Burao and fled from the Somali Civil War in 1991.
