Abhijit Bhaduri

Bhaduri is the author of three best-selling books- two novels of the 'MBA' Series- Mediocre But Arrogant, Married but Available and the management 'guidebook' Don't Hire The Best.

He has three other works of non-fiction: The Digital Tsunami, Dreamers and Unicorns and Career 3.0 Bhaduri's writings have appeared in journals and magazines including The Wall Street Journal, Harvard Business Review Ascend,[1][2] The Hindu Business Line, Operations Research & Management Sciences Today.

An avid blogger, Bhaduri's blog posts appear under the Human Capital Exchange section of The Conference Board and for the Times of India.

Bhaduri also made a brief appearance in the 2007 Bollywood film Apna Aasman[7] starring Irrfan, Anupam Kher, Rajat Kapoor and Shobana.

Prior to this he has led HR teams at Microsoft, Pepsi, Colgate and Tata Steel and worked in India, South East Asia and US.

Bhaduri's successful stint as the CLO of Wipro appeared as the cover story/page of the Chief Learning Officer Magazine (July 2013 edition).
