Adaejah Hodge (born 13 May 2006) is a track and field athlete from the British Virgin Islands who competes as a sprinter.

[2][3] In 2022, she was named the Georgia High Schools Association Track and Field Athlete of the Year.

[6][7] She ran a U20 world record of 22.33 seconds for the 200m at the High School Championships in Boston, Massachusetts in March 2023.

[10] Selected for the 200 metres at the 2023 World Athletics Championships in Budapest in August 2023, she ran a time of 22.82 seconds and qualified for the semi-finals.

[13] She won gold in the 200 metres at the 2024 World Athletics U20 Championships in Lima, Peru in August 2024.
