Adilkhan Garahmadov (Azerbaijani: Ədilxan Qarəhmədov; born 5 June 2001) is an Azerbaijani footballer who plays as a midfielder for Kapaz in the Azerbaijan Premier League.

[1] On 2 March 2019, Garahmadov made his debut in the Azerbaijan Premier League for Sabail match against Sumgayit.

[2] On 8 February 2024, Kapaz announced the signing of Garahmadov from Iravan on a contract until the end of the season with an option of an additional year.
