Aditi Singh (politician)

Aditi Singh[2] (born 15 November 1987) is an Indian politician and a state legislator from Rae Bareli in Uttar Pradesh, India.

[3] She entered electoral politics with the Indian National Congress in 2017, but her views were often at odds with the party, such as her support for the abrogation of Article 370 in 2019.

[4] She also expressed support for Prime Minister Modi on several issues of national interest,[4] and subsequently joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in 2021.

[9] She did her Master's in Management Studies (MMS) from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business in the United States before returning back to India in 2014.

[9] She was married in 2019 to Angad Singh Saini, an MLA in Punjab Legislative Assembly from Nawanshahr constituency,[13][14][15][16][17] and the couple mutually separated in 2023.
