Adolph Marx (bishop)

Adolph Marx (February 18, 1915 – November 1, 1965) was a German-born prelate of the Roman Catholic Church.

He previously served as an auxiliary bishop of the Diocese of Corpus Christi in Texas from 1956 to 1965.

He was ordained a priest by Bishop Emmanuel Ledvina for the Diocese of Corpus Christi on May 2, 1940.

On July 9, 1965, Pope Paul VI appointed Marx as bishop of the Diocese of Brownsville; he was installed on September 2, 1965.
