Adwolfe is a census-designated place (CDP) in Smyth County, Virginia, United States.

As of the census[1] of 2000, there were 1,457 people, 587 households, and 459 families residing in the CDP.

There were 587 households, out of which 29.0% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 65.1% were married couples living together, 9.2% had a female householder with no husband present, and 21.8% were non-families.

18.4% of all households were made up of individuals, and 7.5% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
