Aesthetic of Ugliness

Aesthetic of Ugliness (Aesthetik des Hässlichen) is a book by German philosopher Karl Rosenkranz, written in 1853.

It is among the earliest writings on the philosophy of ugliness and "draws an analogy between ugliness and moral evil".
