Agricultural Holdings Act 1948

The Agricultural Holdings Act 1948 (11 & 12 Geo.

6. c. 63) was an Act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom passed by the Labour government of Prime Minister Clement Attlee.

It provided tenant farmers with security of tenure for life.
