Ahmed Ibrahim Artan Somali: Ahmed Ibrahim Cartan; Arabic: أحمد ابراهيم عرتن) is a Somali diplomat, author and currently Minister of Security of Puntland..

He was born in the coastal town of Kandala, situated in the northeastern Bari region of Somalia.
