Ahmed Yehia Abdelghani Mohamed (Arabic: احمد يحيى; born 15 August 1988) is an Egyptian footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Modern Future FC.
He was awarded Best Goalkeeper in the Abu Raida tournament while playing for the club.

On 14 February 2022, he debuted for the club during a 1–1 draw with El Sharkia SC.
