Aleksandar Goldštajn

Aleksandar Goldštajn (15 July 1912 – 20 October 2010) was a prominent Croatian university professor, law scholar, writer and constitutional court judge.

At the beginning of World War II Goldštajn was arrested and held as a captive in Dalmatia by Italian Fascist.

After the war he moved to Belgrade where he worked on similar tasks in the government of Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia.

Goldštajn attended many international legal specializations in England, France, Switzerland, United States and Germany.

[1] In addition to research and teaching at the university, Goldštajn was named the judge of the Croatian Constitutional Court in 1967.
