Aleksandr Borisovich Kogan (Russian: Александр Борисович Коган, born 26 February 1969 in Orsk, Orenburg Oblast) is a Russian political figure and deputy of the 8th State Duma.

In 2003, he was appointed deputy of the 4th State Duma from the Orenburg constituency.

In 2008–2016, he was a member of the general and supreme council of the United Russia party.

From January to May 2012, he was the Advisor to the Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.

In April 2015, he was appointed Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Moscow Oblast.
