Alexander Greive (born 13 May 1999) is a New Zealand professional footballer who plays as a striker for USL Championship club San Antonio FC.
[1] Greive played college soccer with the Northern Kentucky Norse,[2] also appearing at club level for the Cincinnati Dutch Lions in 2019 whilst studying.
[4] After playing with Birkenhead United, scoring 19 goals in 19 games in the 2021 season,[1][5] and winning the Northern League Golden Boot,[6] he signed for Scottish club St Mirren in January 2022.
[11][12] Greive signed a multi-year contract with USL Championship club San Antonio FC in January 2025.
[13] On 26 January 2022, Greive earned his first call-up to the New Zealand national team for friendly matches against Jordan and Uzbekistan as a late replacement for Andre de Jong.
