[4] In early 2023, it was announced that Abkhazava would be stepping up to cars with R-ace GP in the 2023 Formula 4 UAE Championship.

[8] In January 2024, it was confirmed that Abkhazava would be contesting the full 2024 Formula Regional Middle East Championship season with Pinnacle Motorsport.

[9] Abkhazava had a breakthrough season, finishing in 15th in the standings after a best result of 4th place in the first round at Yas Marina.

[13] However, Abkhazava endured a tough second half of the season in the series, seeing him fall to an eventual ninth-placed finish in the championship standings.

[14] Abkhazava then contested the 2024 Formula Regional World Cup, hosted at the Guia Circuit in Macau, where he finished 9th.
