Alexey Chesnakov (born September 1, 1970, Baku, Azerbaijan SSR) is a Russian political scientist and director of the Center for current policy (CCP).
[2] Chesnakov has also served as Deputy Head of internal policy for the Administration President of the Russian Federation (2001–2008), as a member of the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation (2009–2010), and Deputy Secretary-General of the United Russia political party (2012–2013).
