Aleyna Özkan (born 1 February 2002)[1] is a Turkish swimmer.

In 2019, she represented Turkey at the World Aquatics Championships held in Gwangju, South Korea.

She also competed in the women's 4 × 100 metre medley relay event.

In 2020, she joined the Duke University swimming and diving team.
