Ali Neshat (Persian: علی نشاط; 1923 - 11 April 1979) was the general of the Imperial Iranian Army and the last commander of the Imperial Guard during the reign of Mohammad Reza Pahlavi.

Major General Neshat was a graduate of Nezam High School and Officer University.

Ali Neshat was one of the commanders who closed the Mehrabad International Airport to Seyyed Ruhollah Khomeini during the events of the Revolution of 1979, when he returned to Iran.
