Alice Stevenson FSA is a British archaeologist and museum curator.
[1] Stevenson completed her bachelor's degree in Archaeology and Anthropology from the University of Cambridge in 1998 and followed this with a master's degree in museum studies at the University of Leicester, completed in 2001.
[citation needed] She went on to gain a PhD in archaeology from the University of Cambridge in 2006 with a thesis titled The Predynastic Egyptian Cemetery of el-Gerzeh.
From 2009 to 2012 she worked as a Researcher in World Archaeology at the Pitt Rivers Museum.
[6][7] Stevenson is a contributor to The Conversation news outlet and has written an article about the sale of archaeological antiquities on the open market.
