Alison Gregorka (born June 29, 1985) is an American water polo player.

She was a member of the US water polo team that won a silver medal at the 2008 Beijing Olympics.

In June 2009, Gregorka was named to the USA water polo women's senior national team for the 2009 FINA World Championships.

Gregorka also made an appearance on ABC's Winter Wipeout, Season 4, Episode 1, where she won a $1,000 bonus for remaining on "The Ski Lift" the longest.
