Allen Rosenberg (rowing)

Allen Perry Rosenberg (November 29, 1931 – December 7, 2013) was an American rowing coxswain and coach.

[9] He graduated from Central High School in Philadelphia, where he ran the quarter mile and wrestled.

[6][10] He was head coach of a number of United States National Rowing teams from 1961 to 1976.

[1][6] He coached the 1974 World Championships team that won a gold medal in Eights.

[1] Rosenberg coached into the early 2000s with crews that consistently placed in the top tier Nationally and Internationally.
