Alphonse Mandonda (born 5 December 1950) is a Congolese middle-distance runner.
[1] Mandonda was the flag bearer for the Republic of Congo at the 1972 Summer Olympics Parade of Nations.
[2] Over the following decade, Mandonda would represent the Congo internationally at several high-level competitions.
He won his first international gold medal at the 1975 Central African Athletics Championships, winning the 400 m there.
