Amanda Harper Mercier (born 1975) is an American lawyer who has served as the chief judge of the Georgia Court of Appeals since July 2023.
Mercier practiced both criminal and civil litigation from 2001 until her appointment as a Superior Court Judge in 2010.
[4] She was appointed to the Appalachian Circuit bench on April 16, 2010 by Governor Sonny Perdue.
On October 29, 2015 Governor Nathan Deal announced her appointment to the Georgia Court of Appeals.
