He finished his college career as UCI's all-time leader in games played with 85, scoring 27 goals in the process.
During his college years Walker also played with Orange County Blue Star in the USL Premier Development League,[1] scoring 12 goals in 16 games for the team in 2010.
Walker was invited to the 2011 adidas Major League Soccer Combine,[2] and was subsequently drafted with the 9th overall pick of the 2011 MLS Supplemental Draft by Chicago Fire, but was not offered a contract by the team.
He made his professional debut on 7 May 2011, coming on as a substitute in a 1–1 tie with the Fort Lauderdale Strikers.
