Ambrose Lethbridge Goddard (9 December 1819 – 15 November 1898)[1] was a British landowner and Conservative Party politician.
Goddard was first elected MP for Cricklade in 1847 and held the seat until 1868.
[2] Goddard was the first son of former Cricklade MP Ambrose Goddard and Jessy-Dorothea Lethbridge, daughter of Somerset MP Thomas Lethbridge.
[3] He married Charlotte Ayshford Sanford, daughter of former Somerset and West Somerset MP Edward Ayshford Sanford and Henrietta Langham, in 1847.
