[3] Their 224,000-square-foot (20,800 m2) factory was located in Fort Worth, Texas, and housed the complete manufacturing process under a single roof.

[4] In Spring 2008, American Ironhorse ceased production on all motorcycles and most company assets were liquidated at auction.

[5] Following Bill Rucker's departure, AIH had a succession of CEOs and Tim Edmondson, President, the second largest shareholder and director of design sold his ownership in the company the following year.
