Amy Knight

Amy W. Knight (born July 10, 1946) is an American historian of the Soviet Union and Russia.

She gained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) at the University of Michigan.

[2][3] She also worked for eighteen years at the U.S. Library of Congress as a specialist in Russian and Soviet affairs.

[3][4] Knight also writes for The New York Review of Books, The Times Literary Supplement, The Globe and Mail,[1] and The Daily Beast.

[5] In 1993–94, she was a fellow at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars.
